Personality: As one of the few Rigelians in Starfleet, Millikia feels the weight of representing her species. It tends to put her in a mindset of always needing to prove herself and Rigelians by extension.  As an exosex female, she tends to be bold and quick to action, which gives her a harder edge and is something she tries to work on with her multi-racial crew. Still, she is passionate and not one to avoid cutting loose when off-duty, especially when she's had a bit to drink.

Character History:  Millikia's decision to join Starfleet came as a result of the Federation defending her people and family during the Dominion War as Votar VII sat between Federation and Cardassian space.  Indeed, her mother's life had been saved by Federation action, and strangely, Millikia feels a debt is owed, though she seems to be alone in that sense.  Regardless, she was accepted and her natural gifts in engineering flourished.  She is not dour and looks forward to exploring the unknown, but her self-imposed sense of duty and responsibility tends to make her take things more seriously than warranted.
