Lyiel has a short shock of scruffy, soft pale-blonde hair looks that looks barely fussed over, shorn to be well out of her face and eyes. She has a slender, sharp face with striking, well defined features. Dark, arched eyebrows and a sharp, delicate nose amid thick, feathery black eyelashes and dark, luminous eyes the color of polished grey steel. Youthfully red, overly plump lips bear a small scar and are full to the point that without conscious effort her white line of incisors are visible, along with the chip out of the tooth next to her left canine tooth, near the scar. Her small, round ears also are missing a chunk of lobe but are each otherwise pierced rather heavily, cuffs and studs decorating them along with a pair of dangling sword-shaped charms.

She wears form fitting armor and clothing. The padding of her breastplate is a short dress that follows the slender curve of her chest and narrow waist. The breastplate is polished steel over the chest while the plate that it resides over on her trunk is covered with a layer of thin leather rather than exposed steel. A heavy, leather belt is slung low on her wide hips. Two layers of high stockings, wool and leather, cover her plump thighs and long legs. From the knees down on her legs and the elbows down on her arms polished steel plates protect her forearms, hands, shins, calves, and the tops of her boots. She wears a helmet with an almost woven steel faceplate under a hood that hides the shine of steel on her head.

It is hard to not notice the missing ring and pinky fingers on her left hand. A short, wide sword and a heater shield are close to hand while she carries a backpack heavy with supplies; noticeably a crowbar and rope with grappling hook. The heater shield clearly displays the holy symbol of Henrin.
