Callahan Joie is quite unusual among the docrae.  She's a rare blonde where most are dark haired people and happy-go-lucky among the staid and serious.  And compared to her people's reputation for wisdom, she's a kitten on catnip.

Callie is small even for a docrae, unable to break three feet even on tiptoe.  She wears the practical clothes one would expect on a docrae, except they are as yellow as her hair, right down to the leather of her boots.  "I don't want to talk about it," is all she'll say in explanation.  Her rapier, Pokey, hangs from her belt.
