Description
Penelope is petite even for a female Gnome, standing only 3’8” and weighing a mere 37 pounds. Her small size, along with her high-pitched Gnomish voice, makes her seem cute. She has almond brown eyes and a lightly tanned complexion. Thick reddish-brown hair reaches midway down her back.

She typically wears a light tunic made of leather, with common clothing underneath, and a small backpack. A small bag and whip hangs on her right hip while another small bag and a sheathed knife hand hangs on her left hip.

She has a green-eyed, short-furred, black female housecat, named Minky, that always seems to be near her side.

Personality
Penelope usually comes off as being a mild mannered and pleasant 'little' person. Combined with her small size and high-pitched voice, she finds it difficult to be intimidating and so usually tries a different approach to influence others (or tries to hide or run away if she feels endangered). She squeaks when startled and lets out a high-pitched scream if suddenly frightened. She seems to love her pet cat, Minky, and often holds or pets her.

She prefers to be a team player and support the efforts of her teammates (since doing so usually leads to better results), but she won’t blindly follow along if she disagrees with the situation. Anytime the subject of her past comes up, she usually replies in vague terms rather than specifics.

Backstory
Penelope hasn’t revealed much about her past. What is known about her is that she lived previously elsewhere and only moved into the village a couple of weeks ago. She registered at the Adventurers Guild as a ‘Support Caster’, and so apparently has learned to use magic spells at some point in her life.
