Dromo Bremack had grown up alone and orphaned with no memory of his natural parents.  His first 7 years were spent on the streets but not of any one planet.  He was very adept at stowing away aboard starships and stealing what he needed to survive then unboarding unseen.  He learned to use his Ryn talents of music via their beak like noses, earning enough credits to keep himself clothed and fed when stealing was not an option.

When he was 8 he found himself on the planet of Agamar in the Lahara Sector.  As was normal for him he found a tavern and entertained for a few credits but was robbed, beaten and left for dead shortly after leaving the venue.

He was found and taken to hospital where he was admitted to the children's ward.  He befriended a young boy who shared his room who was dying from a rare autoimmune disease that had no known treatment.  The boy's mother liked Dromo and was thankful for the companionship he gave her son in his last few weeks of like.  The boy died around the same time Dromo was being released.  When the boys mother became aware that Dromo was homeless and would be ushered back out into the streets to fend for himself she offered him to come live with her and she would be sure he would not be hurt again.

Dromo accepted.  His adoptive mother was Tyreca Bremack, A Senator in the Galactic Republic who represented the 245 systems of the Lahara sector.  She raised him as her own and Dromo lived as a Noble.  He was provided droid servants, R4-DX and PK-N8 becoming his closest friends.  Dex (R4-DX) was like a nanny to him, taking care of every need and want and was very protective of him.  Nate (PK-N8) was more of a playmate and the too went on many grand adventures in the woodlands around the Senators plantation.

Having grown up amongst the many species found in spaceports and taverns he'd played in, Dromo was always fascinated by the diversity within the galaxy and was drawn to Life Sciences and Xenobiology.  He eventually attended the University of Agamar taking a Major in Xenoarchaeology.  Upon graduation he was offered a professorship which he accepted readily.

After a few years Dromo took a sabbatical and went to visit the University of Sanbra where he studied and completed a degree in sentientology.  While there he met a young Jawa named Klepto who was a brilliant student of Xenotechnology, a relatively new branch of study, and the two became great friends.

When their studies ended Dromo had made contacts with the faculty at his home University on Agamar and Klepto was offered a professorship to start up  and head a new Xenotechnology department.

The two worked together and remained the closest of friends for many years.  Dromo, however, became restless, his own species desire for wanderlust finally taking hold and having him dreaming of wandering the galaxy once more and experiencing life amongst all the species he dedicated his life to studying.

He is currently on an indefinite sabbatical to head out and explore.  He was gladened to have the undying support of his adoptive mother who ensured him she would continue to always be his "mother" and would always ensure he had the money to live comfortably and not ever need to struggle to get by.  He was gladened even more when Klepto announced he was going on an indefinite sabbatical as well and would join him.

It was their first stop on Cularin that He, Klepto, Dex and Nate now found themselves.
