Cell is of rather "average" attractiveness. The most distinguishing features about him are his green hair, and his highly ornamental attire and panoply. He wears a royal raiment of of white gold and emerald it has nine total tassels or tabbards and flowing pieces of cloth, yet the garment itself fits him sungly. He wears a literal fortune of Imperial jewelry. All of the "armor" he wears in made of trimmed orichalcum with giant plate sized arrangements of emeralds that make up the ornamental attire. The gemmed portions are made of a cluster of pidgeon sized polished emeralds that fit into slender orichalcum settings. The "armor" however, is not armor, in any way, but merely shape and form. Function is the farthest this attire and ornamental "Armor" has. It is highly decorative. It also seems very easy to move in. The Violet Starmetal Serpent sting staff strongly indicates his outfit, while absurdly luxurious is designed to be purely artistic in form, negating any risk of the martial artist being impaired by it. Still, it also screams out that Cell is not armored, for to be so, would be a double crossing illusion, to hide any real armor behind the grand illusion of the ostentatious outfit. Which either way, is still just as noticeably deliberate.
