Crow

At first glance, Crow the Boy looks like another scruffy, soot-smudged Nexus street orphan, wiry and slim, dressed in cast-off clothing and climbing harness short-cut black hair and wearing a pair of goggles (for chimney-diving) on her forehead that is the Sweeps' trademark. It would take very close inspection to see that this nondescript youth is actually a girl, though hearing her melodious voice and looking into her golden eyes would remove all doubt. There is an entrancing quality about her, an elegant vivacity in her movements that draws attention and disperses suspicions about her or what she is saying... And that's the way she likes it. Many a merchant has found himself caught off-guard by Crow's enchanting features, though her insistence on fairness and mutual benefit has done much to soothe any ruffled feathers.

Since Exaltation and with the rise of her star, Crow has started to dress more opulently (she can actually afford clean clothes and regular baths now!) and she's also begun growing her hair out. That said, most of her capital has been invested back into the Sweeps and her oathbound gangs, so there hasn't been much improvement made in her living standard so far.
