Muggleboy badly wanted to be a wizard like his younger brother turned out to be.  As far as anyone can tell, Muggle's little bro is the first wizard in seven generations.  Muggle once tried to use little bro's wand, and blew off both eyebrows.  He has a strange affinity for any shiney items and immediately goes into a trance-like stupor upon seeing them.
