Appearance
Even at her short height of just over five foot and with her slim form Celeste is difficult to miss in a crowd with a bright shock of dyed pink hair always set up in a high ponytail upon her head. A half-elf, by all appearance, with softly pointed ears and a ready smile on her pink lips. She has the clear complexion of youth however there is a pallid look about her despite her young appearance. Her eyes are vivid and alert, even looking like two deep crimson pools that boil in bright light. A brush of makeup is across her anaemic features and her fingernails are long and painted pink with a silver sheen of glitter. Short of stature and boyishly slim her attire does not help her androgyny and if it wasn't for her long, pink hair it would be quite easy to mistake her for a fashion-conscious young man.

She is typically dressed in the usual Trauma Warden uniform but stretches the bounds of the dress code with her own personal additions. She wears a silver collar backed with black leather that appears to have no clasp and a steel ring hanging from the front, large silver loop earrings on either ear, studs through each eyebrow and a septum piercing with a silver ring through her nose. An assortment of bracelets and bangles are around her ankles and wrists. Over her uniform she wears a leather jacket covered in metal studs and anarchist patches and her warden shoes are replaced with a pair of platformed leather boots which push her a few inches taller. An arcane injector is on her hip, a poisons test kit on her belt alongside the Trauma Warden standard medical satchel.

Personality
Bright and positive Celeste can be the life of the party and doesn't shy away from being the centre of attention. She has an inexplainable need to poke at others and her constant curiosity, barbs and jokes cause her to either come off as incredibly charming or extremely irritating to others. She has a dislike for authority, or being told what to do, and will make it clear that she is one to go her own way and do whatever she thinks is 'best' regardless of what she is told. This generally means she gets the job done but typically in an unusual way that does not align with A.R.C policy and procedure.

While it's clear she appears no more than a bratty child she can be reined in with a firm hand and she clearly has the ability to work with others in an organised structure as she has been a successful Novice Initiate in the Trauma Warden program. Whether that view of 'success' is shared by her superiors is unknown to her, however she mostly gets the job done with only a few patients having gone missing under her care. Any concern is met with a sweetly innocent, and slightly fanged, smile as she declares her absolute innocence against any such suspicions or outrageous accusations.
