Basics for you:
Melee:
Both combatants roll 2d6 and add skill (modifiers can apply). Whoever has highest roll hits opponent.
Winner rolls d6 and compares to their damage chart for that weapon. That's how many Stamina are lost due to damage.
Loser rolls d6 to see if armour (if any) reduces this damage, and checks against their armour chart.
Missile:
Attacker rolls 2d6 and adds skill. 15 or more to hit (modifiers can apply).
Same as above for damage / armour rolls.
