Private to GM: All out defence, Increased Parry, so Parry at 16/2 = 8 +3 +1(Combat reflexes) +2 (All out defence) = 14. Skill with balanced knives, 17.

Rolled 9 with silver knife to parry, and 12 (Skill with knife 17) to hit, 1 silvered cut damage.

For second attack, rolled 13 with glass knife for the second parry, and 9 to hit, 7 cut damage.

Dodge for third attack if needed.]

the werebeast howls again and tries to push its way past Gordab.

He keeps trying to get a good hit with his magic bolt, but fails again to get more than a light wound.

desperate to get away, the were beast slams into Gordab, but rebounds from the steadfast ogrekin.

"None of that justifies his earlier statement that he wanted to hurt us before he realised we could hurt him...because we had refrained from attacking him. I do not want to be responsible for him rushing off to attack someone who cannot defend themselves. On the contrary, I hate bullies, and it just makes me want to hurt him more!"

She remains very guarded, evaluating his actions again.
