The person above you will pick a person (real or fictional, famous or not), and you will state that that person "...was voted..." and then you can continue with a "most likely" or other thing that can make sense, just be funny, be ironic or the opposite of what you'd think, or whatever.

Then you post the person that the next poster will describe as voted.  For exmaple,
