It is rare to find all 3.  I get burned out and then don't play for a while, but I like it better that way, so I don't get too obsessed and get over 25000 posts ummm I mean... waste too much time ummm I mean... miss out on real life ummm... forget it.

Memo: I find Runescape to be an MMORPG on the order of WoW, just a lot smaller, with poorer graphics and controls -- you get what you pay for.  As far as addicting goes, I think they're both roughly the same.

I've heard about how addictive WoW is, even though I've never tryed it, but would think that it more addictive than Runescape.  No offense, but though it is a great game, it isn't good enough to keep my attention for too long at a time.  WoW seems like it would.
