I was arrested, the bumper car was impounded
There was no way for me to avoid being grounded

Ready Rock got some girl I've never seen in my life
That was alright though, ''cause lady was chill
Then we dipped to the theater set to ill
Buggin' , cold havin' a ball
And somethin' 'bout Elm Street was the movie we saw...

where are you guys gettin' these raps? are they yours? who wrote them?

If you grew up in the 80s, you will have undoubtedly have heard these raps repeatedly on the radio.  They are from DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.  Will Smith, before he was an actor, was the "Fresh Prince," later to become the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Parents Just Don't Understand is probably their biggest hit, followed by Nightmare on My Street.  It's too bad rap these days can't be as PG rated and comical as they did it.

i probably would have liked rap back then, now, i hate my generation's music, most of it is diss tracks or nudity, ugh ech, something with a good sound / feel would be nice
