The credit for a "bump" goes to a person who goes to the Player's Wanted ad and hits "reply" with some text inviting players to join this game.  (Of course, you must also claim the bump by posting here to get confirmation.)  The link to the Player's Wanted ad is in the first post to this thread.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RPOL RULES FOR BUMPING, which are the first thread in that forum, most important of which is that bumping can only occur once per week.  (So if you go to the player's wanted ad, it will tell you how long is left until it can be bumped again.)

Yoss takes aim, lines up carefully, and BUMPS into FourLegged.

umm...  I believe I bumped your car, or cared your bump, or something along those lines

You may only post in Wanted Players after a minimun of 7 days from the last post.  Since mine was on October 31, you must wait until this coming Thursday (and note the time stamp as well).

I'm not sure what the current RPOL rules are, but the post you made on September 2 would have been illegal back in 2006.

EDIT:
It would seem that in 2007 they changed the site coding so that extra posts to not create a bump in the forum.  They then removed the old rule that I was talking about, so your post was legal, but not a bump.

They keep a change log of the WP rules.  That's how I found out.

Yoss drives around a bit, then BUMPS into LuLu.

(You can tell the bump was valid by checking that our thread is now on the front page of the Wanted Players forum.  The next bump will be available exactly 7 days, down to the minute, from when I bumped.)

You also get to choose whomever you want to bump if you make a valid bump, though usually we choose someone who recently made the bump themselves or at least who is active in this thread.

I can't watch a clock that easily so I guess this ones just out of my hands.  It's going to be hard enough trying to watch for Wednesday keeper of the hall posts.

A traffic patrol officer should really keep an eye on Yoss.  He's dangerous around here.

Which is why I'm throwing my hands up...   Not only am I absolutely terrified of driving myself, but I am deathly ill when I watch Yoss drive...   So exit stage left *waves*
