The wolf thing is hogtied and still unconscious.  Meanwhile the procession has started to move again, as the wicker man is burning away to ash.

Re: On the Road to Autumn

"If we leave him here, he'll likely be unable to catch up with the Procession, but he might die out here in the woods before anyone finds him, if the ropes don't loosen enough to release him when the Moon sets.  I don't think we can bring him with us, though, so that's the best option I see."

Don't seem right to leave him tied up, not knowing what might happen to him.

Re: On the Road to Autumn

I really don't know.  I don't like killing unless we have to but he does seem like the cultists.  Not willing to talk to everybody.  He just wants to attack others with no reason for doing so.
Anita Drake if you really think he would be a danger to us or anybody else that cannot defend themselves in the future then with regret you may have to kill him.  I would not stop you.
If you think he will be safe to leave.   Then let him go if he safe.

The little fairy looks that the creature then at Antia.

I must judge.

If is he likely to kill others for no reason he will have to die.
If is he can be trusted to leave other in peace then he should live.

Rosewood looks sadly at Anita Drake.  The fairy sort of know the answer but it will be left to Antia to act.

"I agree. Deal with the coins...I will deal with the beast."

She effects a coup-de -gra, cutting its throat so it does as quickly as possibly with her silvered knife.

In reply to Shawn Nyseth (msg # 558):

Gordab cuts a crack into a nearby tree, inserts the coins halfway, and whacks at them from the side.

It takes several such whacks, but the coins are defaced.

In reply to Anita Drake (msg # 562):

The procession takes hours to move on, if you dug the grave with a shovel, you could just catch up.  Resting half an hour after using magic gives you plenty of time.

Re: On the Road to Autumn

Shawn speaks and gestures, and the three-headed body sinks into the soil, leaving only a low mound to mark the grave.

"Does anyone want to leave a marker?  I didn't catch a name to put on it."

OOC: I didn't realize I had that much time available.

Shape Earth can move plenty of soil for a shallow grave for 2 FP, I'd then need to rest for 50 minutes to be fully recovered, but could move on in thirty if needed.

When Gordab finishes his dirge, Anita looks around nervously.

"Yes, sad she wanted to kill us even when we wanted to leave her be. Sad that some folk are so inherently violent and want to lash out at those around them, only listening to force and not reason. Are we ready to move on now?"

OOC: Yes she has callous on her char sheet!

One must never kill unless it is a must but...  If someone will not live in peace the they must rest in peace.
Let us move on.

"Yes, we must move on.

"I suspect that was the endpoint of the curse on these coins -- someone losing the ability to interact with others except by violence.  We might want to watch for others with coins on their eyes, though if they've pocketed the coins we might not be able to spot them."
