Dilandua stops doing handstand push-ups (apparently it's "arms day"), gathered a spear, and checks that Aegis noticed the sound as well.  Then Dilandua moves quietly towards the road to see if they can spot the rider.

the sokdier gears up and carefully approaches the boulders sheltering the camp. four men on horseback, looking very much like the city watch of St. Remy are heading down toward the site of the battle.

Dilandua creeps back, signals Aegis to keep watch, and quietly awakens Reanna, "Shhhh.  Guards from Saint Remy just passed, riding towards the ambush site.  Shall I pursue to see what they are investigating?"

As nobody has awakened him yet, Dne continues dreaming he's a big scary blackbird penetrating a tiny helpless white dove with his impressive beak. Occasionally he gets too excited and cracks his knobby knees together, but this isn't enough to interrupt his sleep.

"Reanna!  Do you want me to track them?" in a voice that almost sounds like teenager asking for permission.  Dilandua uncharacteristically looks anxious, almost anticipatory.

Dilandua nods and gathers up their up other spear, then positions themselves a distance from Aegis beside other rocks.

the stolen loot include 4 sets of brigandine, 6 helmets and sets of gauntlets, saddlebags, swords, crossbows... not anything that can be quickly or casually hidden.

at the moment your camp is unseen, Guillaume moved the horse because they make noise.
