Larissa "Bunny" Berge, mother, grandmother, founder of the Avalon House Mythopoeic Arts collective was found dead in her studio last week. Police suspect foul play and an investigation has been opened by the Vancouver Police Department.Several paintings in her studio were found slashed and police and gallery staff are performing inventory to assess whether there has been any theft. This comes two weeks before the Avalon House Artist Collective's retrospective of Berge's work.
The story is going to be a murder-mystery of sorts involving the arts world. This is an urban supernatural setting, set in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Supernatural creatures exist. Your PC might even have some slight supernatural gifts! But PCs should largely be unaware of the breadth and depth of the tapestry of the supernatural world.
