Some Background:
Common knowledge about the character. This can be where he comes from, what he has done, and even what he talks about doing. This should give a other players a feeling of his or her demeanor.

General personality:
Pour Fluff, That's right just stuff that the player may think are even character whats others to think or feel about the character.
