Silas Greene grew up in Indiana in the last two decades of the 19th century. His foray into music started with ragtime and grew into jazz following WWI. He never married, spending his considerable efforts in growing the Silas Greene Orchestra into Miami's hottest musical group. They are currently looking for a singer to complement the band.




His music is broadcast live on the radio airwaves across a Southern Florida station, WQAM 560AM. During the evening, the music reaches most of Florida, and the islands in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean (Bermuda Triangle).
