I've not received any email notifications for 1 week. I have double-checked my notification settings and email address, they appear to be valid.

I've also checked my spam settings and the emails are not going there.

That's probably best addressed in rMail with the moderators.  They may or may not see this post anytime soon, but rMail usually gets a pretty brisk response.
