That could mean MSH-Troubleseeker-Style being teleported to the scene, or that could mean some type of spidey-sense vision ("Uh oh... The Clueless Klutz just fell off the bridge! I've got to get over there right away!").
At this point I am leaning toward a thirteen-year-old Chinese female.
Would game balance allow for any other Empath-related powers (empathy, telepathy, precognition, postcognition, etc.)? Only our Faithful GM knows for sure... :)

Less comically and annoying, you know the secrets of the superhero world you find yourself in better than anyone else. This is the Deadpool or Gwenpool option and can probably be tolerable for just a few PC heroes. Otherwise, fine as written.

Proposed powers are all manifestations of Empathic ability:
Empathic Healing (with relatively quick self-healing to recover from acquired wounds)
Empathic Resonance (send and receive thoughts, emotions, sleep, ...)
Empathic Perception (precognition, postcognition, intuition, clairvoyance, meta-perception)
Empathic Teleportation (when there is need, she is transported to where she is needed)
Proposed drawbacks are all manifestations of Empathic ability:
Empathic Healing (transfers wounds to herself, compelled to do so despite any risks to herself)
Empathic Resonance (difficult to tune out thoughts and emotions of others, feels pain of others, takes damage when inflicting damage on others)
Empathic Perception (susceptible to visions, etc., occurs whether or not the timing is inconvenient or dangerous)
Empathic Teleportation (GM-controlled, occurs whether or not the timing is inconvenient or dangerous, needs to get back home somehow after saving the day...)
