Nope, your Free Action can be used to retrieve a weapon

Yeah I put that in everyone's character bios but it would probably be better to appear in each message.

How about each of you use a tracker for your stats like this:

Weird, the variations in these rules-sets. Very different from Conan.



I would like to use my point of momentum to Improve the Quality of my Success (preferably) or Obtain Information (if the former isn't an option).

Can Demetrius reach melee range with Patterson's opponent this round and attack the same round?

You can reach things that are Away in a single Move action.  In our map Away means the next zone. (see the map with the yellow lines/circle indicating the different zones)

Currently everyone is in the center zone so everyone is Near.

You are in Immediate range of anyone you're standing next to.

So, yes, you can reach Immediate range with anyone currently in the Arena.

Things have gotten busy for me at work--next substantial contribution from me on Friday or Saturday.

That's funny--I just moved my oldest from one apartment to another last week. She's getting good at packing, at least :-) And taking my next-oldest across country to college next week, though ironically that will probably not disrupt my posting much.
