That Song By Julie Brown about Homecoming Queens
Jack replies to Gutshot without delay: My place.
Circling back toward the school, he settles on the outskirts as he assesses the situation. Hearing back from HT, he starts trying to think of what sort of computer Roger had intended to be probing. Knowing how prepared the man is, he starts looking after the Program agents and memorizing the contents of their pockets. He'll watch to see if any of them picks up an extra phone.
He sends a text back to Hardtime and Gutshot: I suspect that Roger MAY have swapped with one of the chaperone-agents before he was knocked out--that may have been his plan all along. If the apps on his phone would disable security, the goal may have been to get to a computer system in the Program and use the app to get some info. I suggest you lock down any access to your systems that that program can get through—also, Odelia is probably a bird or something so I can't tell which anaimal is her, and Mia has vanished. I dumped Ron in a pool. He has apparently been talking with Roger. Speak to Dan and Ron about it if you want more details, but I got the feeling he knew this might be about to happen.
Just speculation, but if Roger is as prepared as Jack thinks, he'll have had some backup phones to use if he had to switch bodies.
Which means the EMP is still in play as well..
He starts looking for magnets of a large variety and other devices, expanding the radius of his search to nearby power stations as well.
He sends a text to Colby as he hovers, checking the area visually while he texts: Colby, Darja and I are fine, we're doing our best to control what we can. The students are, at present, just vomiting because of ipecac. The police and ambulance crew are outside the parking lot. Just direct people there and then get some distance from the school.
Thinking about it, he answers Darja as she asks: Roger still might be active so keep an eye out. I'm looking for an EMP device. Nothing really requiring strength or flight at present. Maybe help Colby get everyone out to the police/ambulances.
