I have a peak of work, chances are I won't be able to post again this week.

I don't know anything about the companion so what I'd like to do is rely on you to give it a browse and let me know if you think there's anything in it that would really enhance our game.

And naturally I'm interested in all things related to magic.

So if the GM can find a way for us to meet without Moondale trying to put a few arrows in you (which would be his normal reaction) then sure I happy to join you.
I not been in the game for a while too.   I will be a bit rusty on the system so I cool with you being new to the system.

I'm sure I can find some way to introduce both to an adventure suitably. Another adventure just ended, so I'm expecting other characters to join you as well.
As a guideline, the group adventures of this campaign are for three to five characters, but during the years I made some exception and I may make more.

I wait on your guidance on when to post next.

In this thread link to a message in this game at msg#7, you can find the basic presentation of a few adventures that can be played. Have a quick look at them and flag which ones seem more appropriate and interesting for you. We can start from there :)

That cool.  You kept everything.  It tells me which adventures I done.

Can we (anybody else to join) do The Inn of Lost Hope.

If that is ok with you Atra.  We can start the game with us going to wrong inn.
As it in city then Moondale and Atra would not attack each other out of respect for law.

Could do with 2-3 more player I think to be on the safe side...

I did it indeed. If you want to have visibility your old adventures, I can do it as well. I moved all the the adventures of inactive players to group Z for making space for new adventures (we run more than the groups available in RPoL!), but I'm sure I can find some spare group to let you see what you did in the past.

Would you two new people be willing to play swamp flies? If so there are four of us and we can merge into a group of six I just got permission from the dungeon master.

I don't think I need to get bogged down in having to play the Inn of Lost Hope.

I think we can fly to your aid.

I am happy to join you.  In this game having a good sized group helps as healing is limited.  As are skills you start with.
Atra said she just be happy to join any game so I think we cool.
As long as you understand she is new to the game and agree to help her learn the systems.

You know that the system is light and it's not a big complication to play.

Sure but being nice to other players is the key to a good game.
Letting them know your going help them is just as important.

Honestly this will be only my third adventure so I'm not very experienced none of us in this group have a lot of experience.

I'm planning to start Swamp Flies on Monday, if that's OK for you. Hopefully by then we'll know if Marcus wants to join as well or not.

There's nothing to be sorry about: this campaign is structured this way exactly to allow people to take time out, or even stay out for years and then come back (like Moondale did recently). It's all fine.
