the hare seems amused that you have to run to keep up with his terrapin mount, and turns abruptly toward another yard wide hole in the hedge (the hedge continues above the square opening)

you have 2 seconds to decide- are you following the hare through the hedge or coming toblows with the bronze statue?


Urrun your axe may be your primary weapon, but that sword you carry is magical,  even if not as heavy on the damage as the axe

the statue, whose legs are wrapped in a bronze robe (ala the statue of liberty)
take a deep gouge. with a resounding gong.
in return, the statue stabs at Hograth with her dark bronze shortsword,  for 6pts impaling before DR, and swings the birdcage for 23 points crushing damage before DR.

Hograth ducks away from the Shortsword with ease, and avoids the cage with the help of his shield to deflect the blow...

Urrun , on the oposite side of the gap, swings his axe in a determined attack at the statues neck .

[Private to GM: 13:16, Today: Urrun rolled 14 using 3d6.  Determined Attack - Neck.  Skill 16 (-5) +4 = a hit
