I've recently stumbled over the Warlock RPG and... I am in love. Has anyone else come across this? I have a little bit of a custom setting that sprung to mind after reading the book cover to cover.

I'll give you my pitch, but I'm really looking for an idea of if there might be anyone keen to play the game.

The game would most likely carry the 'Adult' rating. It would be both grim and dark.

The pitch:
Marston-on-Krie is a city on the edge. The bishop is dying and possible successors circle him like carrion birds, ready to dive in as soon as his last breath has escaped him. Their extreme religious views aren’t just debated in the walls of the high temple, but by gangs of believers in the streets. And among all this turmoil, chaotic forces of darkness stir, ready to unleash hell upon the populace.

Enter, into the city, a new band of agitators/ adventurers looking for work. The various crime families of the city have jobs for them, as do several religious factions. People need heroes, and all they have are mercenaries.

Play this game if you want a dark urban fantasy game with tones of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and the Witcher series by  Andrzej Sapkowski in a world of fantasy 'Catholicism' and political turmoil. Play this game if you want your moralities grey and your characters with flaws. Uncover the demon-possessed; strike down cults – and avoid the sects that call you a witch in the process while they’re stacking high the stake with kindling.
