I’m looking to run Call of Cthulhu for players who are either new to the game or with limited experience.

I’d run pre-written scenarios with mostly pre-gen characters to introduce players to the world, Mythos, and game.

Call of Cthulhu is a horror-mystery game. It’s rules, setting, and style make for a fun game, but it’s definitely not for the faint of heart.

If you’re Cthulhu curious and want to see what all the fuss is about, this is the game for you.

I'm a big fan of Lovecraftian horror but I've never played CoC before (any version).  Would you be using the 7e rules?

Yes. We’d be using Call of Cthulhu 7th Edition.
