IC: Pathfinder 2e

Hi,  just got Pathfinder 2nd edition and was thinking about running a game if there was any interest.

I'm not well versed in the lore of Golarion and the inner sea so not sure if that would put people off if I don't run it exactly like it's "supposed" to be.

Or if people would prefer trying their first adventure or adventure path.

Or just a homebrewed world?

I'd certainly love to try out the premade PF2e adventure. I haven't dipped my toes into the system since 1e first released, but after flipping through the new rulebook a bit, 2e has me pretty excited about what it can do.

+1 for premade adventure run-through with possible move to a full campaign?

I'm definitely interested.  I'm making noises about wanting to start one up (since I ran several of the playtest scenarios on here), but I'd love a chance to play, too.

Golarion is huge and includes a ton of stuff, so don't feel like you have to be completely faithful to it.  Get the high points and you'll be fine as even folks that have played in PF1 for a decade are often missing vast swaths of knowledge about the world.

I don't have a strong preference either way for what you should run.  Just go with what you're comfortable with and think you can sustain.

PF2 at first blush looks like an adaptation from 5e.
I'm interested in your game. And I would echo swordchucks suggestion that you go with whatever world that makes it easier for you.

Interested as well. As a newcomer to Pathfinder (just got the books), I'd like to explore both the system and the setting, so a simple game in Golarion would be nice.

Good luck with your game !
