In the crumbling streets of a failing city descending into chaos and poverty, things worse that rapacious greed and institutional neglect stalk the shadows. They have made a banquet of human misery for too long.
They are not prepared for what is coming for them.
And those that hunt monsters are not prepared for what is coming next.
There will be a Reckoning.
Important Note: Please be aware that the status quo of H5 is not like previous editions of H:tR. There are (by default) no Messengers, no Imbued, etc. These Hunters are ordinary but highly motivated humans with weapons and information, and sometimes mildly supernatural abilities like being able to sense, repel or resist unnatural influences.
