Seeking a solo player for a Shadow of the Demon Lord game set in a homebrew world. The setting is described below. I'm new to the system so I ask for a bit of forgiveness with learning. That being said, I welcome those new to the system. Your character will start at level 0 and will be supplimented by assistance from GMPCs as necessary when appropriate. I generally can post daily and usually multiple times per day, depending on my work schedule.

If interested RTJ with your character idea, any bit of backstory/personality you have in mind, and your post frequency. I would like this to be more long term of a thing.

Setting
The world of Jira is ruled by Seven Kingdoms with Vult being the central most domain. Before the introduction of the Guild System Vult served as a battleground for the wars of the other nations. Now Vult is a prospering Kingdom and, though not as large as the other six, has made a name for itself with its powerful Guilds.

The capital of Vult, Treska, house three Guilds. The Iron Dragon (largely considered to be the most powerful Guild in all the Seven Kingdoms), Grimoire (a mysterious and highly selective Guild that produces great results), and a smaller but well respected Guild (the Player's guild, details to be figured out with the player).

The Guilds serve the Kings but operate mostly autonomously. Representatives of the guilds are required to wear the guild emblem magically emblazened upon their bodies or gear while conducting guild business. They operate within the law but are given much leeway while conducting offical guild requests.

The Player, although young, has shown the potential for great things. As such, they have been accepted as a recruit by the guild and are awaiting their first assignment to become full fledged Guildmembers.
