Fantasy Story of Masters and Slaves

You have just taken one of your first steps toward exploring Vilean's sinful city in the swampland of Kornt. Leera is located in northwestern Kornt at the delta of the Leera River. This delta is located where the river drains into the Middle Sea which is sometimes known as the volatile 'Gut.' Here the Leera River is slow moving with a low deep gradient that lends itself to dramatic tidal influences and backwaters that create a swampy condition. This unique feature has transformed the Grasslands of Kornt in this area into a warm micro climate perfect for tobacco and cotton plantations. Because of this rich soil and ideal location, Leera is a major stopping point for caravans moving up and down the Kabrin Road. And like its diverse waterways, the city itself has a tidal influence to the city's populations because caravans stopping can sometimes greatly increase the amount of people in the city for a day or two while traders resupply and regroup. This influence gives this mostly sleepy backwater a unique culture of haves and have nots - gambling, debauchery, and excesses.
Not exactly lawless, Leera is dominated by wealthy plantation owners and their families who set the standards and rules of the city. Their plantations thrive due to their high population of slaves and workers which keep the agricultural engine that is Leera running. As a result, Leera has grown up and prospers on the broken backs of those that have nothing, but are forced to work the land to ensure others wealth. Few things are considered entirely illegal in Leera, where the amount of land you hold is directly proportional to the amount of power you have within the city. The Dynasty Plantations founded and maintain Leera, growing even more wealthy off the caravans and the goods they grow.
Are you a noble? a local? or perhaps you just smuggled your way in? Are you one of the slaves that have been trasported from the far north of the continent to work at the plantations of the rich, and be maids and servants within their estates. Some people call Leera as the city of wishes where money dictates what wishes will come true. A land full of desires.

Note: The game will be set in a High-Fantasy Setting, you can basically RTJ whatever race you want, I would have to give it a look over just to be sure it doesnt too crazy but since this is a free-form; I will be a bit lenient in what race can be made available, you can even make your own.
Warning: this game has high kink and BDSM themed interactions (With limitations to rpol restrictions), just to give interested players a heads up. I would like players to understand this wont all be about sex but a discovery and slow evolution on the establishment and the characters within this world. You can explore the world that I created for narrative developement and a rich story that revolves around your character's plot lines or stay in your estate and play around with your dark fantasies. It is your choice wether to statify your desires in this city, or perhaps discover, grow and further develop your story of deceit, drama, crime and manipulation.
