D&D 3.5 Social Heavy Portion Opening
This board is used for my single longer term game, but I am accepting RTJ specifically for a homebrew D&D 3.5 game with prefab characters. It's a one shot module I made years ago that involves the town of Tanor town, that had skeletons created by a necromancer (the latter of whom you won't face) goblin henchman (which you will face) who've been the necromancers enforcers and ogres that kidnapped a young boy.
It will consist of three combats, with very little else going on but what the PCs bring and the three encounters.
Provided Goals: Rescue the boy kidnapped, put the undead/dead to rest, and rid the Tanor Town of the goblins. That's it. That's the game. It's just a little warm up for me to beef up on running more combat in the system. Which I often shy away from (because it's difficult, even after all these years).
I can promise you will have time to develop your vision of the character based on the sheet, and that you'll get a level in the game where you can add what you want.
If the group is combat eager, you'll have those. If not, then you'll be able to develop it as you like. Though it's not a heavy social or political game, I could see there being some if a PC was so inclined to approach that encounter.
It is a very short game. Though it will probably take about two to five months to complete. :)
Please ignore the RTJ rules. Just tell me what class you want to play and I'll tell you what's available. Then if you still want to play, give your choice of character types, and a name, and I'll add you. First come, first considered, but not necessarily accepted solely on that premise alone. I just don't expect much traffic. Plus it's very short term. Hence the first come first considered. :)
Edit: I think I have all the RTJs I'm going to get. So I'm no longer accepting RTJs.
