Been recently getting in to Mutants & Masterminds 3E, and saw they have a...toned-down version of the Suicide Squad in the "Superteam Handbook" called Project Freedom (even run by a woman as well). I played in a version of this before (though it was much more like Suicide Squad and had a lot of really terrible 'people' in it). But this is supposed to be more people who made poor choices, had bad luck, aren't really terrible or psychopathic, aren't hardened troublemakers, etc.

I don't know. Sounds interesting.
