I want to find a DM for a game I was thinking about.

5e game starting at 3rd level.

Concept is that all the characters work for a secret organization within the city so we can all come from a huge variety of backgrounds. We can do solo or all group missions how ever the DM wants to do it. My idea is that this organization gets information through say a modified augury spell, of people who are to be killed.

This is planned killing and not spur of the moment. Our mission is to find them first and try to save them. Sort of like a fantasy setting Person of Interest.

So the players could be city watch, thieves whatever the more varied the better so we can use different ways to find and save the people.

I would join in on that. My plate is too full to run another game until the fall, but I could throw down in another.

Now now Lord Psynister, already looking for more games? We just lost one! ;)

That said, I did love the show Person of Interest and would be curious to see how it would translate in 5e

This sounds a lot like Wanted as well as Person of Interest, which could be a cool concept.
