Pathfinder 2 - Show a 5e Player What's Up

I'm looking for a game that's intentionally designed to show the differences between D&D 5E and PF2. So it doesn't need to be a full campaign, it could be a single adventure to a dungeon with 4 rooms if that's all it takes. I've been playing D&D for 30 years, but the only time I've ever touched PF was for probably 3-4 lunch periods in high school back in '99.

I've looked at PF2 a few times, but when I do I see lots of options for tweaking this and that, more numbers, and I say to myself, "Man, it seems like they're trying to make 5E a hybrid with 3.5 with this stuff." And then I sort of lose interest and stop reading through the book soon after that. While I loved 3.5 for a long time, 5E has become my jam. I don't mind the numbers and options, it's the feel of that thought that makes me pull away.

So, I'd like to see the good, bad, and ugly from someone who knows both systems and can specifically highlight them for me in a game. I have a core rulebook, and I know the guy that owns the FLGS, so I can borrow any other book I might need. I've seen articles and Youtube videos on some of the differences, but I want to experience them so I'm not judging based on assumptions.

I would love to do this, if I had the time (I already run two games and have this st00pid thing called a "job"...); I've enjoyed PF2, because it does have a different feel to D&D5e without being too 3.5-ish (i.e., an oversized boat of a Cadillac that just too unwieldy to enjoy driving). My gaming group plays both games regularly.

If no one else volunteers in the next week, please ping me (or, at least, bump this; I forget what's allowed and what's not on this site).

Two people interested is a decent start. I know PF2 is not as popular as 5E, but I'm sure we can find a few more who would join even if they don't need it for the same reasons.

Pathfinder 2 is some good fun, and while I've had some experience with it, it's certainly not enough to warrant running a game in this.

I have recently bought books for this and really want to get a taste for the game.

That certainly gives us enough interest. Now we just need a brave soul to come and take up the reins.

I could run a pathfinder 2e game but I'm not sure I know 5e well enough to really highlight the differences between the two.

That might be fine enough. If I'm going to learn the system by playing it at all, I assume we'd naturally stumble into most of the differences.

Any desire for the Golarion setting specifically or just any game to show off the system

I know nothing about the settings, so I'm fine with whatever a DM wants to run us through.
