I want to play nobilis 3rd edition!
I've played Nobilis a few times, and it's always been a blast. If there's enough interest, I could probably be persuaded to run a game.
For anyone unfamiliar, Nobilis is an oddball RPG by Jenna Moran, where the player characters are extremely powerful beings each claiming authority and responsibility over a piece of reality called an Estate, which usually comes in the form of a single noun, with some lightweight mechanics designed to help pen in its conceptual boundaries. It's a little "Sandman" and a little "American Gods," with playable concepts ranging from the abstract and dramatic (Death, Love, Friendship, Hope, Rain) to the oddly-specific. (Graffiti, Shoes, Little White Lies, etc.)
PCs can easily be written up with potentially world-destroying or world-creating powers, so the conflicts of the game tend to revolve around the strange and convoluted politics of Noble society, interpersonal drama, and abstract battles with forces and beings from outside reality who will challenge the nature, meaning, and validity of your estates.
System-wise, it's a fairly unique diceless game. Many of your characters' powers will let you declare something within your sphere of influence to be true and the universe will simply comply. Direct conflicts between these abilities can become a matter of power ratings in different stats and resource investment in a given action, but more often, the results are determined by genie-style lawyering while the universe around you bends and twists in an effort to allow both "miracles" to take effect without contradicting each other.
