(Quick bit of patchwork here but I want to quickly clarify that May is actually in her early thirties, despite how she may present or how many years of apparent age her prosthetics take off. I hate that I need to make this clarification but apparently this is the universe we live in.)
I would like to play a game as a cute pigtailed fille fatale who is secretly a brainwashed cyborg super-spy who does dirty work for the evil corporation that created her while wearing a cheerful smile on her face and doting psychotically on her "mom." Imagine if Black Widow were a fawning schoolgirl with a mommy complex and you're in the right ballpark! What is vital is to have someone worthy of her love and the skills to prove that love whether that be by assassinating rivals, digging up dirt, or just winning over customers. I'm looking for a very sensual (not necessarily overtly erotic, but that's good too!) experience utilizing the character's cybernetics-enhanced and mind-controlled nature and a GM comfortable with controlling her in such a way, while still providing a fun and challenging gameplay experience.
Because the concept does not lend itself well to group play I expect that this will be a solo game. However, if you can justify May's inclusion in a group (perhaps a supervillain team?!) I would love this even more than a solitary experience! I am looking to play
Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition and have a Power Level 10-compatible sheet already laid out and ready to go!

A previous GM-candidate wrote a couple really good short stories that I think very neatly encapsulate the sort of story, tone, and character that I am looking for. Sadly he was consumed by a Real Life monster before things could progress much further than the proof of concept stage. You can read them here:

I would like to use a system I already know for this game, but I don't know very many systems. The systems I know that seem ideally suited for this game are (in descending order of preference):
Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition,
Big Eyes Small Mouth Third Edition,
Cortex Prime,
FATE and all the variations thereof. Other systems I know that I do not think are a good fit for the game but which I at least know a little bit about include:
Blades in the Dark,
D20 Modern, and
Icons Superpowered Roleplaying (I really hate Icons). I am willing to explore new systems, or perhaps play freeform as a last resort.
