I am entirely new to this site, so thought I should say hello.

I haven't been on a roleplay forum in a very, very long time (The last one I was active on was Daeluin, which isn't even active anymore from what I can tell). For the past several years most of my roleplaying has been through DnD and serious RP on Twitter. But I've been missing the consistent, written RP experience on a forum for a while now, and in the process of searching for that I ended up here.

well? you came to the best site out there. everything you need is on the main page... when you go to a game you run  or play in, all the tols are thies  CS, Dice roller... threads  can be set up  in your game  as needed..there is a Mao area?

 Look in the  forum area  for 'Players  wanted"to  find games you may wish to play

 There is also R-mail

 and there is a search engine  at the lwer  part of the   Main page, for you to customize your search.

The first thing I advise you to do is read the FAQs and site rules for these are the most important things to do for any new player.  Remember never to create a second login as that will get you banned from the sight and we don’t want that.

Unlike most online rpg sites what you must have a login email for every character, you do not do that here. Which is so much easier and each game you then are allowed in by asking that game master {GM} about joining their game with a character you created and they’ll work with you.  In that one request to join {RTJ} you can present more than one character.  Still you do not need but the ONE  login to this site.  You can play as many games as you wish!  Magical!

Besides the Wanted: Players, there is also the Wanted: GMs forum.  If you don’t find what you are looking in the Wanted l: Players you can briefly post what type of games you are looking for, Freeform or System games, and GMs often look there for players or new game ideas.

Each post has ways to contact  That GM or Player if they have their Rmail turned on.  You might want to make sure in your profile preferences that yours is.
