Would a Game of "Wicked Ones" Go Off The Rails Too Easily?

In "Wicked Ones" you play as the monsters trying to gather loot and protect it.
What do you think the odds of players going "out of bounds" and making the game disgusting instead of fun be?

Would you have to really know them well (play with them before) or is it likely that most people would stick to the spirit of the game?

I think it would be okay, especially if you make the game mature, or even adult. RPoL has nice wide rails if you make things like that plain in advance.

Is this a game system? What kind of monsters do you play?
