I was getting 404 errors on all games and forums.  Emailed admin and all is well again.

I was gettign that too, for a bit this morning...icheck  search  for  'sir RPOL down or is it me".. and it said it was me!.,.. I just got  back on  about  a half  hour ago..so..thanks!  to those who fixed it.

I saw them too, but rpol had been repaired before I could send my email :)

I've only ever encountered a handfull of times where something went wonky with the system but the RPOL team is pretty quick about sorting these things out.

 yep, this  is a damn good site.. I have mentioned  I tried to get two DMs  from an old dead site to come over here. One did, but his  game is   stooped?. some RL issue?..  the other one  went to  another site.. and I hate it..

 I go there  for    his game.. make my post and leave.. its agonizingly slow.. the dice  roller   can't compare to ours.. the 'color' system is  painful,.. I had  some DMs there ask me  if I wanted in their games, but..no way..  I am in that game, only because I have years invested from the older site...

I wonder what could have caused it? Very strange bug since the main site was loading.

I had   trouble gettign on  at around 10:00PM EST..404 error.. went to the  one site  that asks 'is RPOL down?".. it  said I was  me?

 I woudl egt  the sign on page..but 404 k when I signed on...

 I asked a friend on  FB..and she said she was getting on fine.. I tried again..and got  on around 10:40 or so.

My guess is that something (probably an update) change the configuration of the web server. And because the main page is an unique case, it survives while the rest crash.

That really just speculation on my part though.

  this sight, in all the years I have been here, never has  long  outages. it gets fixed   quickly.. and its  great!

RPOL is so stable I was worried I got caught in some kind of botnet and got some kind of ban before I thought the site was down.
