Ailyn is sophisticated and emphatic without being arrogant or soft.  She is bold when need and always maintains her calm.  Beneath the facade of the cool, collected Companion she is passionately loyal to her comrades and contracts, a legacy of the violent loss of her family.

Personal History:
Ailyn was born on one of the Rim worlds, which one she never really knew.  Her only memory of her parents and her home was one of wide open spaces and horses.  She recalled riding with her father and mother and vaguely siblings in a time of peace and joy.  Then a recollection of fire and death and being placed on a horse and riding from a scene that mercifully faded into distance.  She'd been a orphan then but always an intelligent and graceful girl had caught the eye of a traveling companion looking to recruit suitable boys and girls for the Guild.  A quick learner and naturally suited to the arts and skills of the Guild, Ailyn had flourished and graduated as a full Guild member soon after her 21st birthday.
