Valka Sturmdottir heard the call to fight Evil like a song in her soul when she was still a maiden. Raised in the wintry lands of the north, Valka’s mother and father taught her respect for the Sword, but also the responsibility of wielding her blade on behalf of the innocent. When she could properly wield the sword she lifted, Valka left home and joined an army. She fought alongside her troop, but in time, felt a calling for a greater duty. She looks forward to the day when she can wear the noble standard of Torm as a Paladin.

Description: Valka stands taller than the average woman, taller even than many men. Light ash-blonde hair falls just below her shoulder blades. She wears it loose in her daily life, and ties her hair in a braid when expecting battle. Valka has high cheekbones and full lips. The irises of her eyes resemble lapis lazuli, a vivid blue with pronounced gold flecks. Although her chain mail has seen battle, she keeps her armor and weapons clean.
