Sebastian is a distinguished looking fellow of late middle age, his hair and beard shot with grey and a twinkle in his eye. He carries himself with the casual confidence of someone who knows exactly what he's doing and where he's going and of course he's allowed to be in the treasury he's here to inspect the security arrangements; didn't they tell you there would be a surprise inspection?

He is currenly dressed with a fine navy blue doublet with silver trim, slightly baggy black trousers bloused into knee high shiny black boots. A slighly ornate rapier hangs at one side and a small 18" messanger bag in black leather hangs to the other.
