Recent password change, can't create new threads

I recently changed my password for my account on my phone while I was on vacation over the weekend due to difficulty logging in. I'm home now and on my desktop computer. When I try to create a new thread in one of my games, it tells me that I recently changed my password and need to log in again.

I logged out and relogged 5 times, it still gives me the same error, although I only have this issue when attempting to create a new thread. I can do any other GM feature except create a thread, and I can create a thread when logged in from my phone.

Looking for guidance on this matter. It's something I can work around, but very inconvenient.

H'mmm ...

Thinking out loud, I'm assuming you're logging in to your desktop with the new password - I think you have to, because the password is stored in the RPoL database, not the local browser, so even if the browser was helpfully supplying the old password, you'd fail login.

I suggest clearing cookies, temp files, history etc on the browser (I know I've had problems with IE before not clearing up even when I've set it to do so by default when I close the session) - just in case there's some odd setting that's lurking in the background that's not getting refreshed.

Also log out entirely from RPoL on the phone first, just in case that's causing something to cache (the phone holding a setting on RPoL that the desktop then can't reset).  Just a guess, but can't hurt.

Cheers,

Tried logging out of my phone, that didn't help but clearing my cache and cookies did. Thanks for the help!
