GM only thread

Is it possible to create a GM only thread, where I can keep notes about the players and/or the game?  I know about the scratchpad, which I use, but I would like a thread to create tables of character stats, or to write ideas to myself.  I work on RPOL at work, over lunchtime, and do not have access to the files I use at home, not even from Dropbox.

Each game has 31 thread grouping options. Couldn't one of those be used?

In reply to pand3mik (msg # 2):

I hadn't thought about posting to a group with no one in it.  I will give that a try.

And if you ever have an assistant or Co GM you can give them access.

Thanks for your help.  I doubt I will ever need Group U in one of my games, so it will become my notebook!

Leave Group Z aside, I hear it is for players who have been annoying enough for you to put them on lock down.

I use A for Game Related Specific ideas
B for ideas in the same system but applicable to different game, and
possibly C for other systems entirely/

Any other GM, co or underling or whatever, automatically gets access to everything.  Player assistants, though, could be granted access to specific groups.
