I've just had to post for a character, so I switched ownership of the player's primary character to me for a few moments, and then gave the character back to the player.

Unfortunately, when I took the character, it made the player's secondary character primary, and I can't find any way to make the player's primary character primary again.

Is it possible to put things back neatly as I found them, or is that a chore I'll have to pass to the player?

I hate making work for people.

GM Menu --> Edit Players --> Reorder

That will let you switch which of a player's characters is their Primary.

And next time, as the GM you can post as any character in the game, just find the name in the pull-down list and it will be attributed to them.

Thanks Empryss, I have even less idea how I missed that. I even accessed the drop down first, and still didn't see the name.
