I have two threads locked and one not locked on my game Im working on.
I cant seem to find the toggle or what not to unlock or lock a thread? what am I missing?

Go into the thread
At the top right, click on "Edit Thread"
Uncheck "Close Thread"

If you make a Notice thread, they are automatically locked and you have to choose to unlock them for others to post in them.

It did thanks. Did not realize notice was an auto locked.

Also, you're still able to post in Locked Threads for any game you GM, so it's handy to update people on things with a thread you don't want to go too far astray.
