Two games that I've dropped keep popping up on my sticky list.  They're always red (not blue or purple) when they pop up.  I've received no PMs since quitting the games, but for whatever reason they keep popping up on my homepage.

One of the games still has me listed as a player (though I've quit), and the other does not, but the common thread is that I've dropped both of them within the past two months.

Any assistance with preventing them from popping back up would be appreciated.

If the GMs don't delete you from the games, you'll keep getting the announcements. Ask again to be removed, and if they don't in a week, send an rmail to the mods asking them to help get you removed.

In the past, when I've removed a game, it stays gone unless I'm sent a private message.  Is this no longer the case?

If you're part of a game, you'll get the alert any time a message is posted in a PM or group you can see. You can't just remove it from your sticky list and expect it to stay gone unless the game is dead. The only way to get rid of it is to have the GM remove you from the game. If they don't, then you'll continue to get the new post alerts.

Unless, of course, there's a glitch in the game. That happens sometimes. Just check with the GM to make sure you've been removed, and if they don't, then ask the mods to help you.
