Hi, had a bit of a derpy moment because I accidentally deleted a PM, was wondering if there is any way to get it back. It was pretty big and had a lot of stuff in it.

I am hoping that the sender still has a copy, and can link me back into it, but I figured I would ask here just to make sure.

The only way is to have one of the other people involved reply to it.  That should bring it back.  (That would include the GM(s) of a game if the message is between two players in the game).

If they've deleted it as well, then it is gone.

They would not have deleted it, because they are probably offline atm, that's great!

The only way no one would have a copy is if the GM purged the thread from the game, but they're the only one with that power and it's a separate command from just deleting it from their viewing list so you may still be in luck.

Actually, that is not correct.

If the GM, and the players involved delete the PM from their listing, it is gone.

The purge option just does it all in one step.

Oops, that's what I meant, about them all being gone in one fell swoop. I can't recall the last time my players all independently deleted a PM thread, though. ^_^
